BOARDING PRICE: $40.00 per day
Two dogs or more $10.00 off per additional dog.

MONTHLY RATE: $30.00 per day. If food is provided by owner, $3.00 deduction per day.

	All Dogs must be accompanied with an up to date shot record and a bordetella vaccination
	Any dog that boards over 10 days - mandatory wash

BOARDING AGREEMENT

1. Title Shot Kennels will not board females that are pregnant
2. All food is to be provided by owner. If food is not provided, there will be a $3.00 serving fee per dog, per day
3. If dog is taking any medication, Title Shot Kennels will only administer oral medication at the prescribed times
4. If dog is injured or gets sick, the owner or designate will be notified and all the necessary actions will be taken to prevent the dog from reacurrent any injuries or sickness
5. If dog is not picked up on the pick-up date during business hours, the owner or designate will be charged for an extra boarding day
